I was introduced to the world on the 1st of January 1999. In one of my forms , I have a common side and a national side. All my common sides were designed by Luc Luycx(LL)- his intials are inscribed under my 'O'. In my other form , my recto features windows or gateways while the verso has bridges. Care has been taken so that the architectural examples do not represent any actual existing monument .Robert Kalina of the National Bank of Austria created the T 382 design on a Power Macintosh PC using Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Freehand software ; which was chosen as the winning design for my creation . Guess me out ?
